it's 4.54am in the morning right now, and i can't sleep. why? because i just finished baking muffins for mary's surprise celebration tomorrow. to my dismay, the second batch of half a dozen is slightly burnt compared to the first. now there's a distinctive colour difference. shit.
but it tastes divine, i tell you.
its outside is crispy and nice.
its inside is soft and fluffy.
and it tastes exactly like famous amos cookies!
many thanks to sis-love for staying up with me to bake them. :D
excuse the messy hair, oily face, chapped nails and ugly expression. the main focus should be the muffin. heee! :D
